At Kenneth Cole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box before attaching the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
